Products are eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, unopened, and sealed, with all the original tags & labels intact. 



In cases where the issue is: Wrong Item Delivered, Item In box Damaged (but Shipping box ok), or Missing Item in Order, we would require customers to contact us with images/videos within 3 days of the order delivery date. The regular 14-day return policy will not be applicable in this case.


We recommend you capture an unboxing video so that it can act as evidence to resolve the above claims.

Cases not eligible for return:

  • Open or used items
  • Complaints of taste, health issues etc. (We recommend consulting a nutritionist or the brand directly in this case)
  • Products with tampered scratch codes, serial numbers etc.
  • Freebie items without the item purchased
  • Individual items of a combo
